Status: PLANNING¶
The Decision¶
Two stores, not three and not one.
- FreeDesignStore = visual creation (brand + images + templates). You MAKE things.
- FreeMarketingStore = distribution & growth (content + campaigns + analytics). You SPREAD things.
Design + images + branding are the same activity (visual creation). Marketing is different (strategy + distribution). Combining ALL of them made the store unfocused. Separating into three was fragmented. Two is the right split.
